The Problem
Nando’s is known for its chicken. But when we were launching a new menu item, it was…hard to describe. PERi-crackle wasn’t a chicken flavour. Or a sauce. Or even a side. But a flavour topping that was like a chilli oil, but with nuts, seeds, and of course, our signature PERi-PERi chillies. In short, it was complicated.
The Insight
When something excites us, we can't help but show it. PERi-crackle sparks the same excitement, transforming meals with a burst of flavor that makes every bite a kick.
The Solution
Unlike other new menu launches, we couldn’t just describe what PERi-crackle is. Instead, we described the feeling that comes with tasting it. An intensity of flavours and textures that made you drop character and just lose it.
